Torrone, nougat, is an Italian delicacy initially eaten during the Christmas celebration but, in the last few years, an all year round sweet and pastry chef have created plenty of versions .

This is a pistachio soft nougat for all lovers of pistachio, it has plenty of it, together with roasted almonds, rich. Rivoltini's pistachio soft nougat contains only natural ingredients.

Sugar, Almonds, Glucose Syrup, Honey, Pistachios 5%, Pistachio paste 4% (sugar, almonds, cashews nuts, pistachios 4,7%, coconut oil, corn starch, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavourings, colours: turmeric - copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins), Egg White, Gelling agent (pectin, sodium alginate), Safflower Extract, Colour: Brilliant blue, Wafer (potato starch, water, sunflower oil)

Rivoltini is Italian nougat, the famous torrone, the old-fashioned way and it is synonym for artisan Italian torrone. Based on the original recipe that goes back to 1441 and using modern equipment that follows the same process and only uses natural ingredients, Rivoltini’s nougat is a joy for the senses.

Rivoltini goes back to 1930 when the founder, Signor Esilio, together with his sons, decided to start making torrone, at the time, mainly a Christmas affair.
