If you have ever been in Naples or Campania in general, you would have seen plenty of rum baba, baba al rum. Sfogliatelle with ricotta cheese and baba are their traditional pastries.

Oro di Amalfi's baba are light, naturally leavened cakes which bathe in premium Jamaican rum aged 7 years and absorb all its elegant flavour, a combination made in heaven!
