The family's unwavering commitment to quality begins with their olives, which are exclusively native Sicilian varieties. Combined with a state of the art mill and knowledge, they produce an extra virgin olive oil celebrated for its unparalleled flavor, aroma, and health benefits.
The Galioto family own approximately 100 hectares of olive groves, home to 20,000 olive trees. These groves are situated in the province of Syracuse, in the southeastern corner of Sicily, where the Mediterranean climate and sea breezes create the ideal conditions for cultivating olives. This harmonious blend of tradition, innovation, and natural bounty is what makes Frantoio Galioto a symbol of excellence in Sicilian olive oil production.
