Why we love it
The "Fiorfiore" is a white wine made with Grechetto grapes and Grechetto is often associated to easy to drink, refreshing wines, however, with the correct approach, by reducing its yield and the utmost care in the winery, Grechetto can produce great white wines.
This white wine, aged for 12 months in large oak barrels, has a complex nose where the initial spices give space to floral notes with hints of camomile. In the palate is full, elegant, lively and a long mineral finish.
