Etna Bianco DOC is the white wine of the Elba island obtained from a blend of Procanico, Vermentino, Viognier and Ansonica grapes, harvested manually and macerated for about an hour. Soft pressed, with the fermentation, sur lie to add complexity and structure to the wine, in steel tanks.
With an intense nose of aromatic herbs, nutmeg, white melon and lime, the Elba Bianco DOC is juicy, enveloping, initially sweet then savory and vibrant on the palate. Very long finish with citrus returns.
Ideal with appetizers and seafood first courses, Elba Bianco DOC pairs well with baked or baked fish as well as fried foods, and mature cow's and sheep's cheeses.
