A white dressing obtained from the best locally grown Trebbiano grapes, the must of which ages for at least 5 years in Ash wood barrels that combines the historical heritage of the vinegar cellar's production with the most advanced gastronomic research.

This unique product has a clear and transparent appearance, with a fresh and fruity aroma and a sweet and sour, soft, harmonious and fresh taste. Its maximum flavour is released by combining it with fish dishes, both river and sea, crustaceans, mollusks, caviar or fresh and canned fruit.
