A pear jam without added sugar or sweeteners, without pectin, without acidity regulator like the majority of jams available where the only ingredient is pears, organically grown Italian William pears. Our pear jam not only is made with organically grown Williams pears but it is prepared with just fruit against your average "artisan" jam prepared with 55gr of fruit per 100gr and 60gr of sugar that contain pectin, with our jams you eat the fruit, not the sugar.
Whether on a toast or as an ingredient for cakes or to fill croissants, this organic pear jam is healthy and rich in vitamins and fibre due to the natural content of the fruit and due to its very low content of sugar, our jam is suitable for diabetics.

The artisan who made it
Located in Emilia Romagna, in the province of Modena, in a natural oasis, the Punto Verde, “green point” in Italian, farm extends over 10 hectares of land cultivated by combining tradition with the most advanced techniques of organic agriculture.
Wife and husband, Chiara and Manuele, their daughter Laura and their families, grow cherries, plums, apricots, pears, apples and peaches only to mention a few, together with strawberries, figs, pumpkins all according to the organic philosophy, fruit and vegetables that are used in their products, from juices to chutneys to jams to tomato sauce, following old family recipes, secretly kept, handed down generation to generation.
Punto Verde is a small farm and their production follow the seasons, respecting the nature and biodiversity.
