Vegan Pesto, Gran Cucina (180gr)

Our delicious vegan pesto is perfect not only for a quick, tasty vegan pasta but also to complement any recipe, from pizza to bruschetta. Free from gluten, dairy, and wheat.

Staying true to tradition, our pesto features a blend of premium ingredients, including DOP Genoese basil, luscious pine nuts, and the finest Italian extra virgin olive oil, replacing the cheese with a vegan alternative. Our pesto is produced without pasteurization or sterilization to ensure optimal freshness.

For a proper Italian pasta al pesto, simply combine a couple of teaspoons of our vegan pesto per serving in a small bowl with a splash of boiling pasta water and extra virgin olive oil. Toss with cooked pasta, rigorously al dente, and generously sprinkle with vegan cheese to elevate your dish to new heights of flavor. Buon appetito!

Gran Cucina has its root in a farm at the beginning of the XIX century. After buying a farm, the great grand father of the current generation started growing vegetables whilst the great grand mother started preparing local delicacies using their own grown products. Within a few years the reputation went outside the village, they started to supply nearby cities and villages. The family got bigger and so more help came.

Now, more than a century after, the same family and the same recipes are followed, using only the best local produces, including the very famous Alba truffle which is used in many products, from extra virgin olive oil to truffle honey to truffle butter.
