Made with IGP Amalfi Coast lemons, this a refined, soft, delicious lemon cream.

An IGP lemon cream that combines the light and creamy flavour of milk with the typical, fresh, refreshing, taste of lemons. A velvety cream with a sublime taste and lively tones, sweet and pungent.

To be served chilled, perfect on its own as an after meal or with a dessert.

Ingredients

UHT Milk with Long-life Semi-skimmed Milk, Sugar, Glucose, Hydroalcoholic Infusion of IGP Costa d'Amalfi Lemon Peels (weight ratio equal to 200 grams of whole lemons per liter of liqueur).
