Made using the most aromatic part of real orange peel, not oil or flavouring, from Sicilian oranges. The orange skin is manually removed, dry at 30°C for 36/40 hours. The zest, reduced to little pieces is then mixed with the dark chocolate. The result is an explosion of flavours in your mouth, a true excitement of the senses.

At Cacao Crudo, they process chocolate using a traditional cold method ("a freddo"), carefully ensuring that the temperature never exceeds 42°C. This is crucial because many of cacao's most valuable nutrients, such as antioxidants, flavonoids, and essential minerals start to deteriorate at higher temperatures.
Unlike conventional chocolate, their cacao beans are not roasted. Instead, they are gently desiccated, allowing them to maintain the bean’s natural goodness while enhancing its extraordinary flavor profile.
