A Fiano di Avellino with a floral and fruity nose, with notes of acacia and apricot. In the palate the wine is perfectly balanced, fresh, elegant, with a long finish, a wine that pairs perfectly first fish courses, shellfish, scampi, octopus, baked fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.

The Fiano grape is grown all over the south of Italy, but only in the Avellino province, it produces the best examples and becomes the Fiano di Avellino, a DOCG appellation, a great white wine and this is a great example of what the grape and the terroir with a skilled wine maker can achieve.

The story of Tralci Hirpini is a story of friendship, a story that is intertwined with that of a fertile and difficult territory, Irpinia, aka land of the wolf, with rolling hills and immense green spaces. Tralci Hirpini is Fiano and their Fiano di Avellino, Greco and their Greco di Tufo and Falanghina, Tralci Hirpici is much more than Aglianico in the most vocated area.
