Lugana is the white wine of the Lake Garda and this one comes from the town of Sirmione, a wine to be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif with a snack or to drink with a light meal or fish.
The Lugana Sirmione, due to the location of the Trebbiano di Lugana vineyards, is the only Lugana that can boast on the label the word “Sirmione” as a cru. This Lugana wine is an elegant dry white wine, with a fruity nose with hints of peach and banana, lively on the palate, fruity and refreshing.
This is an award winning Lugana wine, it has received plenty of awards, including 5 star at the Vinitaly Wine Awards.

The Avanzi winery, located on the shore of Lake Garda, has been making wine for three generations, growing local grapes from Trebbiano di Lugana to produce their Lugana to the less known Groppello and Marzemino, together with international grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon. Nicola, together with his brother and cousins, the current generation together with the previous one still actively involved, work tirelessly to make outstanding wines.
