This organic 70% dark raw chocolate bar is made of two ingredients: cocoa paste from Criollo beans and coconut flower sap. Slightly sweet but with a strong cocoa identity, the right balance for dark chocolate lovers who like a touch of sweetness. Naturally creamy, floral and fruity.

The artisan who made it

Cacao Crudo started in 2010 as a project, as an experiment, to produce raw chocolate.

Cacao Crudo produces chocolate processing it "a freddo", cold, never above 42 degrees where cocoa precious quality start deteriorating. The cocoa beans are not roasted but desiccated, this way the chocolate produced not only s full of the good stuff but has a unique taste.
