Passerina, Donvitantonio (75cl)

Passerina is another Abruzzo native grape, even though it is also found in Marche and Latium, neighbouring regions that has only been rediscover in the last 10/15 years. This Passerina wine, made from grapes grown along the Abruzzo coast, is a fantastic example, light, refreshing, elegant, fruity where you can almost smell the sea breeze, a wine that pair perfectly light dishes or seafood or to accompany aperitifs

Donvitantonio vini is a family winery form Abruzzo, a territory with a long winemaking and culture history. After gaining wine making experience abroad and in Italy, working in some of the best wineries, both Donvitantonio’s grandsons, Antonio and Simone decided to go back home, to their roots, and take over Nonno Donvitantonio vineyards and start bottling their own grapes, until them, the grapes were sold to the local cooperatives. Antonio and Simone are the 3rd generation and their mission is to value and promote indigenous grapes.
