Obtained from grapes grown on a single, 40-year-old vineyard, this Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Superiore shows the potential of the Trebbiano grape, often underappreciated, a grape that when yield is kept low, can produce outstanding white wines. Matured on the lees for 6 months to add complexity and structure, the Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Superiore has a complex nose with floral and fruity notes and a long, lingering flavour. Perfectly balanced closes with a mineral finish. The age of the vines and the location of the vineyard produce a wine with complexity and elegance, with minerality and tanginess.

Excellent with rich fish dishes like monkfish and recommended with grilled polenta and cheese.
