Cacao Crudo started in 2010 as a project, as an experiment, to produce raw chocolate.
Cacao Crudo produces chocolate processing it "a freddo", cold, never above 42 degrees where cocoa precious quality start deteriorating. The cocoa beans are not roasted but desiccated, this way the chocolate produced not only s full of the good stuff but has a unique taste.
