Another organic dark raw chocolate bar made of only two ingredients: cacao paste from Criollo beans and coconut flower sap. This is a bar for lovers of dark chocolate, with a marked cocoa identity. Naturally creamy, floral and fruity.

The artisan who made it

Cacao Crudo started in 2010 as a project, as an experiment, to produce raw chocolate.

Cacao Crudo produces chocolate processing it "a freddo", cold, never above 42 degrees where cocoa precious quality start deteriorating. The cocoa beans are not roasted but desiccated, this way the chocolate produced not only s full of the good stuff but has a unique taste.
