Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Colline Teramane, Nicodemi (75cl)

Obtained from organic Montepulciano grapes grown in the heart of the DOCG Colline Teramane appellation area, from vineyards located on the hills and protected by the Gran Sasso mountains, this Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo, from the 2023 vintage allowed to have the "Colline Teramane" wording on the label, is a rose' wine with a fruity nose, elegant, with notes of strawberry and pomegranate above all. Perfectly balanced, with enough structure to pair important dishes as well as pizza or tomatoes based pasta, fresh, lively and a mineral finish. This is a Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo that excels with charcuterie. If served slightly warmer can pair more complex and rich dishes.

Fattoria Nicodemi is located in Notaresco, in the heart of the Colline Teramane DOCG zone. The vineyards, at about 300 metres in altitude, protected by the Gran Sasso mountain and only 10 kilometres from the sea, enjoy an exceptional microclimate. The winery follows organic practices, without chemical herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers. Nicodemi is also the story of Alessandro and Elena, brother and sister, that took over in 2000 from their dad who followed the steps of their granddad. Nicodemi is the story of their family.
